Terms and Policies of Suite Rentals

• Our suites may rented for a minimum of a month (generally 1st of month to last day of month) basis. Minimum stays of 2 months (or more) may apply at certain times of the year.
• A security deposit is due at time of reservation. The security deposit may be paid by cheque, money order, or direct deposited into our account. The security deposit will be returned to the tenant within 15 days of the last day of the tenancy provided the suite is left in the same condition as received.
• Tenants are required to sign a lease for the period of their intended stay.
• Payment may be made by personal or company cheque, money order, cash or traveller's cheques.
• Move-in time is usually between noon and 5 pm on the first of the month. Move-Out time is noon on the last day of the month. Move-Ins and Move-Outs will need to be arranged with one of our property managers.
• On Move-In, the suite will be clean and ready for occupancy. To maintain our high standards of cleanliness, a move-out cleaning fee of $60 for Bachelor Suites, $80 for One Bedroom Suites and $100 for 2 Bedroom Suites is due with the first month's rent.
• When vacating, the tenant must remove all personal items, garbage and recycling and leave the suite tidy. Should the suite need cleaning beyond that covered by the move-out cleaning fee, because of the condition in which it was left, the additional expense will be deducted from your security deposit. Our cleaning staff will clean the suite, which includes laundering of all linens.
• Our Cancellation policy is 60 days prior to arrival. For cancellation made more than 60 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less a $30 administration fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
• The furnished suites include linens, cookware, irons etc. as well as Cable TV, VCR, all utilities and parking. Cleaning products are not included. Housekeeping service may be arranged at an additional charge. Vacuums are available for guest use. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in each building.
• All suites are equipped with a local phone line. Local calls are free and long distance phone calls may be placed using a calling card only.
• The telephone line in the suite may be used for internet access as long as a local telephone number is dialed to connect. High-speed internet service may be arranged at the tenant's expense through a local provider such as Shaw Cable.
